PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD

Select "Card" in the "Payment method" order step. It is possible that you will incur transfer and processing fees from your respective bank. In this case, annette görtz will not refund the corresponding fees. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Master Debitcard, Visacard, Visa Debitcard, Amex Enter your card details on our payment page. annette görtz has state-of-the-art security server software with SSL encryption, which protects your card details against eavesdropping and manipulation during transmission. The order amount will be held as a payment reservation on your card until the order is either shipped (at which time the amount will be posted) or the order is cancelled (at which time the amount will be released). New verification process for credit card payments Since the beginning of 2021, the new EU Payment Services Directive (PSD2) has come into force for even more security in online payments. The PSD2 directive protects your credit card information through the so-called two-factor authentication. With this process you confirm your identity and exclude that the credit card is used by the owner and not by third parties. This means that even if your smartphone, computer or credit card is stolen or lost, you can now ensure that no online payments can be made with it. For more information about the PSD2 directive, visit ecb.europa.eu Since January 2021, banks are required to verify two-factor authentication for online payments above a certain amount. If you should have problems with your credit card payment, please contact your bank to find out if your card is already registered for two-factor authentication. If it is not, your bank can explain the steps you need to take to do so. In the meantime, to avoid any problems with the payment processing of your annette görtz orders, we recommend that you choose an alternative payment option, as this new verification process only exists in connection with credit cards. An overview of the alternative payment options can be found below. Please note that depending on your bank, you can add annette görtz to your list of trusted stores. This would eliminate the need for additional verification for future purchases from us. Please contact your bank for more information. Payment with Visa or Mastercard The system checks whether the credit card or debit card participates in the 3-D security programs Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode. These are security procedures developed specifically for these card types that check whether the legitimate cardholder and the legitimate online merchant are actually participating in a transaction. If a credit card holder is enrolled in the 3-D Secure procedure via one of the registration methods, an additional query screen opens after the card data has been entered. This screen is connected to your bank, where it also asks you to enter the "Secure Code" (a password chosen by you). Only with the correct password the transaction will be executed. If your credit card is not registered for any of these procedures, the payment will be processed without further authentication. You can find more information about credit card security procedures on: Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode Payment with American Express The system checks whether the delivery address specified in the order is identical to the address stored with American Express as the billing address (Amex address verification system, "AVS" for short). If the addresses do not match, you will be asked in a separate e-mail to have the different delivery address deposited with American Express. Your delivery will only be shipped after successful authentication. For all credit card or debit card payments, credits from returns will always be charged back to the credit card used for the purchase.

PAYMENT BY PAYPAL

Select "PayPal" in the order step "Payment method". You will be automatically redirected to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Credits from returns are always credited back to the PayPal account used for the purchase.

PAYMENT BY IMMEDIATE BANK TRANSFER

SOFORT Überweisung is a direct transfer method and allows you to pay quickly and without additional registration. All you need is a bank account and online banking access. Select "SOFORT Überweisung" in the order step "Payment". You will then be redirected to the secure payment form of SOFORT Überweisung and release the automatically filled out transfer form using your usual online banking data. After the encrypted transfer, your successful payment is usually confirmed just a few moments later. Any transfer costs and bank charges are to be borne by the customer. Credit notes from returns will only be transferred back to the bank account from which the original order was paid.

PAYMENT IN ADVANCE

Select the option "Prepayment" as payment method and complete the order. You will then receive an order confirmation by e-mail, which contains our bank details and your order number. After receiving the order confirmation, please transfer the total amount to our account within 48 hours. So that we can process your payment immediately, please indicate your 10-digit order number, which you have received from us by e-mail, e.g. DE12307424, as the reason for payment. PAYMENT BY GIFT CARD/PROMOTION CODE

Simply go to the "Shopping Cart" and enter your Gift Card/annette görtz credit/code in the field provided. Should the amount of the order exceed your credit, the value of your Gift Card or the promotion, please select your desired payment method with which you would like to settle the remaining amount. If the value of your gift card or credit exceeds the amount of the order, you can use the same code again for your next purchase. The remaining amount is valid until you have used the value completely. annette görtz reserves the right to block Gift Cards or credits if they are misused.

DELIVERY

All orders received by 12.00 p.m. will be processed on the same working day. The maximum order processing takes 2 working days. Shipping is via DHL Premium Paket. Optionally, a booking for DHL Express is possible.
